OUR PRODUCTS

Dried and preserved flowers are real hand picked flowers that have been carefully dried or preserved.
This process is different depending on flower type. Some flower types are air dried to keep their shape and some are treated with a vegetable-based glycerine to keep their soft and fresh look.

All of our flower bouquets and arrangements are created to last 12 months or more with proper care (Most will last many years)

Keep out of direct sunlight and humid areas (bathrooms/under air conditioners/kitchens etc)
Lightly dust to clean or use hairdryer on low heat and speed setting.
Minimal touching of dried preserved flowers as they are very delicate and can break easily.
Keep out of hot and humid areas especially on darker dyed blooms (red roses, black florals etc)
Do not mist flowers with fragrance, water or any liquid.
Do not touch preserved rose petals as oil from hands can cause bruising.
Dried and preserved flowers can last 1-7years depending on type of flower and how they are cared for.
Light shedding and fade in that time is normal and unavoidable.

Some shedding and small breakages of flowers during transit is normal and unavoidable due to their fragility.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Please select "local delivery" at checkout and select time frame.
At checkout provide the persons Name and Address in "Delivery Address" section.

You must provide us minimum 24 hours notice to place a local delivery order online.
Everballoons or custom items must have 1-2 week notice (Depending on design and availability)
If you need your order ASAP you can email us at emilee@littleblossomhouse.com.au and request a rush order but I cannot guarantee I will be able to provide this on short notice.

Please ensure somebody will be home and the place of residence is accessible and safe for delivery.
If nobody is home, I will leave in safe place if I am able to (depending on weather conditions)
If I am unable to deliver your order, I will get in touch with you by provided phone number or email to organise collection at a later time.

ABOUT DRIED/PRESERVED FLOWERS

Preserved flowers are a eco-friendly, sustainable and cost-effective option by eliminating the need for constant re-purchasing of flowers. By choosing preserved flowers we can collectively reduce carbon emissions, eliminate unneeded waste and promote sustainability (All while saving money long term!)

We also choose sustainable and recyclable packaging where possible (Shipping boxes, gift boxes, tissue paper, wrap, paper shred ect.)
Some of our products do need to be wrapped in bubble wrap (glass vases) to ensure that they arrive safely but we limit this as much as possible and encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging where possible.

Our blooms are generally non toxic to pets due to the fact that they do not produce pollen or nectar. I however recommend to keep flowers away from animals and that they are not ingested as this may cause irritation if ingested.

We currently do not offer custom weddings or events.
You can purchase our pre-made wrapped bouquets and arrangements to be used for your wedding but we do not offer full custom weddings at this stage.

We offer refunds if product is damaged or faulty.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, please select your product carefully.
